The pocket hole jig makes the entire process much faster and easier. It allows you to drill accurate 15-degree angled holes into your timber, which can then be used to join two pieces together, providing maximum strength to the joint. These kits are effective with all timber thicknesses from 1/2 inch and up.

The kit features adjustable drill guides to accommodate different wood thicknesses or punching heights. The built-in measuring systems ensure accuracy, allowing you to quickly measure the thickness of the board and find the right hole location. The stand-alone module is suitable for various thicknesses or any angle of woodworking slant hole punching work, providing you with flexibility beyond normal limits.

The pocket hole locator is precisely machined from high-quality aluminum alloy, ensuring fast and firm clamping to improve drilling efficiency. The built-in clamp and the clear scale on the hole jig allow you to measure the thickness quickly. The maximum thickness of the wood board that can be accommodated is 5-45mm, with a drill size of φ4φ9170mm and a hole angle of 15°.

Using a pocket hole jig involves first setting the jig to the appropriate wood thickness and angle, clamping the wood into place, and then drilling a pocket hole using the included drill bit. After the pocket hole is created, a screw or fastener can be inserted into the hole and tightened to join the two pieces of wood together, creating a strong and invisible joint.

The scale of the hole jig can be adjusted according to the thickness of the board. The fixture can create flush or angular shapes for connecting or building woodwork. Pocket hole joinery is a popular and effective method for creating strong, hidden joints in woodworking projects, such as cabinets, furniture, and frames.

The package includes 1 Pocket hole jig, 2 3/8" titanium-plated stepped drill bits, 1 additional slider for materials thicker than 2 inches or 50.8mm, 2 magnetic square drive bits (6" and 4" long), 1 set of pocket screws and plugs, and 2 drill stop collars with 4 Allen wrenches.
